Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in order to understand production documents
- Ability to multi-task is required
- Basic math skills required
- Computer skills required
- Close attention to detail skills required
- Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and adjust programs for trimming without jeopardizing quality
- Set up laser trim machines per work manual and other manufacturing processes
- Run multiple pieces of machinery per Vishay specifications
- Use of a microscope to complete visual inspection
- Record appropriate information into work documents
