About The Position

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery– Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet Aspire Bakeries’ quality standards, and supporting efficient production flow across multiple areas of the bakery. This role is vital to maintaining equipment performance, food safety, and overall production reliability.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Strong communication and observational skills
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes
• Ability to function effectively as part of a high‑performing team
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in food manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure food meets quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production documentation and support efficient line performance
• Set up, start, stop, and change over equipment in alignment with production schedules and recipes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all GMP and food‑safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, escalating concerns as needed to reduce downtime
• Rotate across production and packaging areas as needed to support staffing and business needs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and support continuous improvement
