About The Position

We are seeking a Operator 3 Bakery- Mixer Operator - 3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Operator 3 Bakery- Mixer Operator - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated mixing and production equipment to ensure products consistently meet quality and food safety standards. This role is vital to maintaining product consistency, supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and contributing to a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and product manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow production schedules, procedures, and recipes.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery production environments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Preventive maintenance experience on production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust mixing and production equipment to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance to support food safety and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary production areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and operational goals.
