Machine Operator 3 - 3rd Shift
About The Position
The Assembler will work on production equipment, not automated, such as RF Sealer and will assist the production areas in various tasks including sorting, counting, 6S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, hanging blades, and assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions at the direction of management; other duties as assigned. The Shipping Clerk - PPP is responsible for being forklift certified, move all WIP, Finished Goods, and Consumable Parts to needed locations, and to operate the Burn-Off Oven and Parts Washer. Move Painted WIP from the paint lines to WIP Area/Printers. Move Printed WIP from the print lines to WIP Area. Supply Empty Baskets, Pallets, Trays, etc. to all Production Lines. Move all Finished Goods to WOC Area. Adhere to Supervisor or Lead on supplying all Production Lines or tasks needed. Inserting and Removing Racking from the Burn-Off Oven along with the Operation of the Burn-Off Oven and Parts Washer. Maintain production pace and standards. Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area. Practice 6S.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to count and compare numbers.
- Able to lift minimum 30lbs.
- Ability to operate a standard pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and forklift.
- LOTO Certified
