If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery‑Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, you will contribute across all phases of the production and packaging process by operating automated equipment, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting efficient, team‑oriented production to meet customer demand.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and product issues
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent change
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and working around moving machinery

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food manufacturing or bakery production experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working in team‑based production environments

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet Aspire Bakeries’ quality and food safety specifications
  • Perform equipment setup, start‑ups, changeovers, and shutdowns to support efficient production flow
  • Identify equipment issues, make minor adjustments, and escalate mechanical concerns as appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety policies, and sanitation standards
  • Accurately complete required production documentation and reports
  • Support preventative maintenance, equipment hygiene, and clean work environments
  • Collaborate with bakery team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficiencies
