Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or related experience
- Forklift experience required (completion of forklift questionnaire mandatory)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English
- Basic math and general computer skills
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including repetitive movements and lifting
- Effective verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
- Previous experience in logistics, material handling, or manufacturing production
- Familiarity with analytical or operational processes
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and finished goods within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records and complete routine documentation
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to strict quality and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and material organization
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Support a metrics-driven environment by meeting daily operational goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17.50/hr base + $1/hr shift differential = $18.50/hr
