About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (must be verifiable)
• Proven forklift operation experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform simple math calculations
• Strong communication abilities in English (reading, writing, comprehension)
• Experience working in metrics-driven environments
• Physically able to walk, stand, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions in various weather conditions
• Must pass drug test and wear steel-toed shoes

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience (up to one year ideal)
• Material handling and inventory management knowledge
• Valid forklift certification (if not, must obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and products
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and warehouse transactions
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality and safety guidelines
• Perform routine warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting (up to 50 lbs+), and organizing inventory
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
• Attend required New Hire Orientation (NHO) as specified
