Requirements

High school diploma or GED (must be verified)
Valid forklift experience (license/training current or in progress)
Zero to one year of warehouse or related experience
Basic math and English literacy skills for reading, writing, and interpreting documents
Strong physical fitness: able to lift/move over 50 lbs, stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
General computer skills and comfort in a metrics-driven environment
Willingness to work in varying temperatures (no AC in summer, limited heat in winter)
Must pass drug test (can start pending results)

Nice To Haves

Three years warehouse experience
Material handling certifications
Experience working with inventory management systems

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials, parts, and finished goods within the warehouse
Accurately track inventory movement and maintain material records
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and quality guidelines to ensure safety and compliance
Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of steel-toed shoes and safe lifting techniques
Support team objectives by communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
