Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math and timekeeping skills
  • Ability to make logical decisions in a production environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs. and frequently carry items over 20 lbs.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and variable schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience operating production or processing equipment
  • Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, and quality standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience training or supporting new operators

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production
  • Maintain product quality by monitoring size, weight, consistency, and conformance to company standards
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and waste
  • Accurately record production data, including downtime, waste, and dough weights, per required intervals
  • Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Sanitation teams
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area in compliance with GMPs and safety procedures
  • Support team performance through training, shift handoffs, and flexible job assignments
