Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience
Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification
Basic computer proficiency for inventory and record-keeping tasks
Strong communication skills (English, verbal and written)
Comfortable with basic math calculations
Ability to work efficiently in a metrics-driven environment
Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, lift, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Experience with material handling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Additional safety or equipment certifications

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport goods and materials safely within the facility
Accurately document material movements and maintain detailed records according to company SOPs
Follow established safety protocols and quality guidelines at all times
Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and stacking items (up to 50 lbs)
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Adapt to varying warehouse conditions including temperature extremes and moderate to loud noise levels
