About The Position

Our 12-week Operations Vacation Program offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience with one of Australia's most trusted supply chain organisations. Working alongside experienced operational leaders in fast-paced, safety-first environments, you'll gain insight into operations supporting some of Australia's leading retail, healthcare, government and industrial customers, while experiencing our commitment to safety, innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement. Designed as a pathway into our Operations Leadership Graduate Program, the Vacation Program provides students with valuable industry experience, exposure to frontline leadership, and the opportunity to build the skills, networks, and confidence needed to accelerate a future career with Linfox. Here at Linfox, we believe that together, anything is possible. Running from 30 November 2026 to 19 February 2027, you'll be located in one of our operational sites, working alongside experienced leaders and gaining exposure to the day-to-day management of complex supply chain operations.

Requirements

• In their penultimate year of a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency (including New Zealand citizenship) at the time of application.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A willingness to learn and contribute in a hands-on operational environment.
• A commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle during the program.
