Transportation/Operations Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Transportation Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive revenue execution within a fast-paced environmental services operation. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance transportation logistics, people leadership, customer relationship management, and financial accountability. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily transportation and hauling operations Lead, coach, and develop drivers and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution Build strong relationships with customers and act as a primary operational point of contact Quote hauling work and support pricing decisions to drive profitable growth Develop and manage weekly and monthly revenue forecasts Monitor route efficiency, productivity, and cost performance Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company operational standards Partner with dispatch and sales teams to maximize booking opportunities Respond to customer issues and operational challenges with urgency and professionalism The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $95,000 - $105,000yearly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
