About The Position

Join TVH as a Training Coordinator Lead and play a key role in equipping our warehouse team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that support onboarding, safety, and ongoing development across our warehouse operation. This will involve designing and maintaining training programs for new hire onboarding, equipment operation, safety compliance, and process improvement initiatives across all shifts. You will serve as the lead mentor for facility trainers, upholding high standards through peer coaching, performance audits, and ensuring the delivery of quality training across the team. Partner with operations leadership and HR to identify skill gaps and build targeted training solutions that support business goals. Drive the timely completion of mandatory requirements, track and maintain training records, certifications, and completion rates for all warehouse personnel. Facilitate hands-on and classroom training sessions, adjusting delivery style to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. Evaluate training effectiveness and use data to continuously improve programs and close performance gaps. Serve as the on-site subject matter expert for all facility training materials, keeping content current and accurate.

Requirements

  • Experience in a training, learning and development, or operations role within a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Skilled at translating complex process changes into clear, engaging training curricula
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence by building consensus among operations leaders and motivating teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage employees across all levels and backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours, including coming in early or staying late, is required to facilitate training sessions, meetings, and direct support for 2nd and 3rd shift operation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Move throughout a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience leading or supervising others preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable for this role.
  • bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities
