About The Position

The Trainer supports onboarding and ongoing employee development within Operations at the Cincinnati (Lunken) site. This role is responsible for delivering structured training programs and guiding employees through their transition into production. The Trainer provides hands-on support, reinforces quality, compliance, and operational expectations, and helps build employee confidence in performing work accurately within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Partnering closely with operations leadership, the Trainer ensures training aligns with business needs, maintains and updates training materials, and identifies opportunities to improve training effectiveness. This role also supports adherence to security and regulatory requirements while continuously enhancing training content and delivery methods to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically less than one year of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
  • Some knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
