About The Position

The operations engine is where a lot of that happens, and we need someone who can run it and push it forward at the same time. You're a builder and a do-er. You manage people well, but you don't hide behind a team. When the work needs doing, you do it. When a process is broken, you fix it yourself. When a new tool shows up, you figure it out before anyone asks. You think like a programmer. You don't have to be an engineer, but you see systems, data, and logic the way one does, and with AI you can now build more than ever. You're already using AI to get real work done, and you're hungry to push how far it can go. You set a high standard and hold people to it without burning them out. You coach, you follow through, and you don't let things slide. You don't have tasks beneath you. You do what needs to be done. You own ELIFIN's operational engine, and you drive our technology forward. That's two jobs in one, and that's the point. You keep transactions, property marketing, agent support, and the back office running with precision, and you use technology and AI to make all of it faster, sharper, and better than any brokerage in the market. This is not a distance-leadership role. You're in it. You run the team, you run the systems, and you build the new ones. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and when something does, you own it and fix it. You'll lead and grow the operations team and keep our agents fully supported, while you prototype, automate, and ship the tools and workflows that give ELIFIN an edge nobody else has.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing a team directly, with a track record of building accountability
  • Background in operations, ideally inside a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Experience building business processes and tools from scratch, not just running what already exists
  • You think like a programmer. You understand how systems, data, and logic fit together, and you use automation and AI to build, not just to dabble
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
  • A real track record of putting AI to work on actual problems
  • Deadline-driven and precise. You track what's due and you don't miss
  • Willing to do whatever it takes, regardless of whether it "fits your title"
  • High personal standard and the ability to hold others to one without burning them out

  • Actively using Claude or Claude Cowork (or similar AI agents) in your professional work today
  • Salesforce experience
  • Real estate or brokerage experience

Responsibilities

  • Help drive ELIFIN's vision to be the most technologically advanced brokerage in the market
  • Integrate AI and automation into every part of the operation, then keep pushing past what's been done before
  • Prototype, build, and ship new tools and workflows. Think like a programmer and use AI to turn ideas into working systems fast
  • Connect platforms and automate data flows to kill manual work and eliminate error
  • Stay on the front edge of what's possible in CRE technology and bring it to ELIFIN first
  • Lead, manage, and coach the operations team, setting a high daily standard and holding the team to it
  • Lead by doing. Roll up your sleeves alongside the team when the work calls for it
  • Run structured performance rhythms: clear expectations, regular check-ins, firm follow-through
  • Develop the team, identify gaps, and build a culture of precision and ownership
  • Onboard new agents into the company's systems and processes
  • Hire and grow the operations team as the company scales
  • Run the full transaction management process from listing agreement to closed deal
  • Ensure every stage of a deal is processed accurately and on time
  • Manage incoming commission payments and outgoing agent payouts
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and reporting in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with vendors, agents, and internal staff to keep deals moving
  • Oversee production of all property marketing: photos, brochures, packages, and digital materials
  • Manage proposal generation and hold the line on quality and deadlines
  • Keep ELIFIN's standard of presentation consistent across every property and material
  • Oversee property signage across all listings
  • Keep all ELIFIN offices client-ready, well-equipped, and running smoothly
  • Make sure agents have everything they need to perform at the highest level
  • Manage platform accounts, system access, and tools across the company
  • Ensure all incoming calls and leads are captured, logged, and routed promptly
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the lead-to-agent handoff
  • Make sure no lead goes without a follow-up
