Requirements
- Production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
- Must have valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Responsible for weighing, assembling, packaging and labeling various forms of cannabis
- Operate equipment as needed and dictated by the process
- Adherence manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate daily activities records and operation logs as directed
- Continuously place importance in the organizational goals and visions in relation to: Safety and security of employees and product, Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county and state as required to ensure security of the operating license, Quality of product and packaging, On-time delivery and customer service, Process Performance
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Additional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadership
