About The Position

The Operations Team Member works at Agape Pet Services in Greenville, South Carolina, providing compassionate pet aftercare. The role helps ensure pets entrusted to Gateway Services are treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail while supporting veterinary partners and pet families. No previous industry experience is required; training is provided.

This is an on-site, hands-on role in a Gateway Care Center. The position involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift, and working around deceased pets. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment according to established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately and carefully.
• Create memorial products, including paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
