About The Position

As an Operations Team Member (Machine Helper), you will support daily manufacturing operations by preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring product quality, and contributing to continuous improvement. You will work with machine operators and shift teams to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. The position is offered on either a second shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday through Friday) or a third shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday through Friday). Pay is $22.47 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with production applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; total weight limit is 300 pounds.
Willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, focus on quality, identify root causes of issues, and continue learning.
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening, which are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.
Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders, and keep work stations supplied with packaging materials.
Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to support production.
Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and follow safety protocols.
Participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
Serve as a role model for safe work practices and support teammates through open communication and collaboration.
