Requirements

Proven experience in operational routines within a Distribution Center or logistics environment.
Knowledge of TMS and SAP technologies and tools for data handling is a significant plus.
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations with experience leading teams.
Have legal residency, a Green Card, or citizenship that facilitates hiring in the United States.

Responsibilities

Supervising and monitoring daily Fulfillment processes to ensure operational excellence.
Ensuring shipments meet established SLAs, directly impacting our users' experience.
Developing and maintaining reports on order processing and dispatch times with data-driven support.
Resolving orders with data inconsistencies to maintain operational flow and meet deadlines.
Leading and developing operational teams (up to 30 people), managing performance KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
