About The Position

As a Team Leader Operations, this position is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operational activities within the plant to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. The role provides direct leadership to shop‑floor teams, coordinating resources and execution to meet production plans and operational standards. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, reinforcing standard work, and ensuring disciplined execution of processes in a manufacturing environment. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 8 or more years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience working in an operational or plant environment with exposure to day‑to-day manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Supervise and support plant associates, providing direction, coaching, and feedback to promote performance, engagement, and a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety rules, and company policies, addressing deviations promptly.
• Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions to minimize downtime, scrap, and inefficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying problem‑solving tools and participating in process optimization efforts.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, issues, and production status.
