Requirements

  • MOA certification from an accredited institution or higher
  • 2+ years of proven clerical and customer service work experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs

Responsibilities

  • Coach and motivate operations team to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • Greet clients and provide the “U” experience through excellent customer service
  • Train and evaluate staff to ensure high performance practices
  • Schedule, motivate, and supervise staff members to achieve highest results possible
  • Follow company-wide disciplinary practices to manage employees as needed, ensure appropriate communication and documentation is kept
  • Effectively balance the needs of the company and the desires of the employees
  • Reconcile outstanding client accounts in a professional and confidential manner
  • Manage client referrals and patient information database
  • Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
  • Ensure operations team keeps reception area tidy and presentable
  • Minimize the risk of theft throughout the organization by monitoring inventory closely
  • Ensure bank transfers and cash handling is done in a secure and professional manner
  • Participate in monthly product training and customer service training as needed
  • Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic
  • Help implement new policies and improve current clinic practices
  • Provide coverage for operations staff and health care professionals as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
