About The Position

The Opportunity: What if you could use your Systems Analyst skills to transform the U.S. Navy's Electronic Warfare (EW) portfolio? As an operations system analyst, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to performing integration and testing of EW components for integration into Navy ships. We’re looking for a systems analyst who can use their skills to develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Soft Kill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in threat systems analysis or operation of United States Navy Electronic Warfare systems
  • Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
  • Experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, and specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with the AN and SLQ-32 including V6 and V7 variants
  • Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
  • Knowledge of systems development or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of JCIDs process 5000 series
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
