About The Position
This is a full-time position in a lumberyard assisting in the yard, warehouse, and delivery operations. The role involves pulling and loading materials for delivery, assisting customers in the drive-thru with loading and using the cash register, and unloading vendor trucks in receiving. Additionally, the position supports delivery by transporting lumber and building materials to residential and commercial customers and contractor jobsites. Operation of forklifts and saws is required.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Heavy lifting required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior lumber or receiving experience is helpful but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the yard/warehouse by pulling and loading materials for delivery.
- Assist customers in the drive-thru with loading materials and using the cash register.
- Unload vendor trucks in receiving.
