About The Position

Vantor is seeking an Operations Support Strategist to support a critical and high-visibility mission within the intelligence community. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and understand the operational tempo and goals of a fast-paced mission. Previous experience supporting the DoD and intelligence community on-site is highly desirable. The position involves supporting technical collections, coordinating cables, providing real-time information, supporting senior leaders, and coordinating monitoring reports and assessments.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related, or equivalent experience.
3 years’ experience in the DOD / IC.
3 year’s experience coordinating and planning operations or targeting experience.
3 year’s experience working in MASINT or other technical collection.

Nice To Haves

2 year’s experience building and maintaining SharePoint applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
Experience using GCOMS.
Experience using PROTON, TAC and other IC tools.

Responsibilities

Sit on-site, alongside the customer, helping to support and manage their projects.
Keep the technical operations branches on track and running smoothly.
Organize and coordinate mission critical tasks for the branch such as cables, operational reporting, and logistics tracking.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the DOD/IC community.
Provide briefings to senior government officials via written reports and oral presentations.
