Analytic Methodologist (TS/SCI)

Xcellent Technology SolutionsSpringfield, VA

About The Position

The future of GEOINT is not just about collecting more data, it is about improving how we process it, understand it, teach it, and apply it to real-world mission problems. This role is for a GEOINT professional who understands the operational mission, thinks critically about tradecraft, and wants to help shape how GEOINT capabilities evolve across the enterprise. You will work at the intersection of operational GEOINT, methodology development, advanced GIS, and training. You will work across traditional and non-traditional NTM capabilities, PED, workflows, advanced GIS applications, and GEOINT methodologies, assisting on transforming complex capabilities into practical workflows, repeatable tradecraft, and mission-ready guidance. The work is collaborative, technical, and mission-focused, requiring someone who can move comfortably between analysts, operators, technical experts, and leadership audiences. If you are someone who understands the mission behind the tools, someone who can identify gaps, improve workflows, communicate complex concepts clearly, and contribute to how GEOINT professionals operate in increasingly dynamic environments, join XTS today!
