About The Position

As an Operations Support Specialist at Parsons, you will be part of a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Requirements

Bachelor’s level degree and 3 years professional experience in operations support.
TS/SCI is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and execution of organizational events, meetings, and project milestones.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Provide logistical and administrative support for ongoing projects and operational activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and contribute to special projects as needed.
