About The Position

Responsible for coordinating with FSR Operations Management, Human Resources and OSS in support of FSR processing. This position requires access to or use of information which is subject to the federal International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Requirements

  • Applicant must either possess a valid Secret DoD personal clearance or be able to obtain one.
  • Strong Communication skills with Prime management, Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, in of support document processing and security.
  • Be able to develop specific goals to organize, plan, prioritize and accomplish your work.
  • Excellent Judgment and Decision Making – Be able to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the most appropriate one
  • Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver, WA.
  • This position requires general fitness needed for standing, walking, climbing stairs, prolonged sitting, driving, talking, hearing, the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations Managers, customers, Field Service Representatives (FSRs), and internal teams to support successful pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
  • Support deployment planning, execution, and post-deployment validation while maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving routine operational issues, and escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, IT, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to support daily business operations and the implementation of new processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards, including maintaining current PII and PHI training requirements and reporting compliance concerns.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other administrative documentation, while coordinating meetings and cross-functional operational activities.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.
