Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage various documents, communications, and records
  • Review and maintain data for accuracy and completeness
  • Process incoming communications (mail, voicemail, email) and route appropriately
  • Provide general administrative and customer service support
  • Coordinate information and materials between internal departments
  • Assist with research, reporting, and data tracking
  • Support internal processes such as access requests and vendor coordination
  • Identify and help improve workflow efficiencies
  • Perform additional operational or administrative tasks as needed
