Wachter is currently seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to manage auto accident claims in our Lenexa, KS office. The ideal candidate is an experienced Operations Support Specialist with 1-2 years of hands-on experience with an insurance background. This position will focus on fleet safety, risk management, data verification, and follow-up with the fleet Manager. This position is in the office Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. We seek self-motivated and reliable candidates who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree; relative work experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn new systems.

Nice To Haves

Construction industry experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, registrations, and auto insurance.
Manage and reconcile fuel, toll, maintenance, and telematics accounts.
Support drivers with questions or issues related to fleet and auto accidents.
Monitor fleet software systems to ensure up-to-date data and reporting accuracy.
Assist with auto insurance claims and incident reports.
Proactively review, verify, and secure telematics dash cam footage to confirm the accuracy of driver reports and insurance claims.
