About The Position

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide knowledge management and operations support to the U.S. Army Future Training Directorate (FTD), CAC-T, in Orlando, Florida. The role owns the directorate’s meeting, action-item, and document-control workflows and helps produce staff products that support Army training modernization.

The position develops, coordinates, and synchronizes people, technology, and processes into a collaborative information environment supporting Mission Command for the FTD Director. It performs integrated knowledge management across portals, document libraries, study databases, and web content; manages directorate meeting and action-item workflows; and develops and edits senior-leader and programmatic documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance at the start of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 13 or more years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting Army or joint staff operations, knowledge management, or documentation.
• Strong writing and editing skills for senior-leader products.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Teams.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge Management certification or Army KM qualification.
• Familiarity with JCIDS, CBAs, and DOTMLPF-P analysis.
• Experience with Army training, simulation, or modernization organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and synchronize people, technology, and processes into a collaborative information environment that supports Mission Command for the FTD Director.
• Maintain portals, document libraries, study databases, and web content as part of integrated knowledge management.
• Manage the meeting battle rhythm, action items, and document control for directorate forums.
• Develop and edit briefings, information papers, executive summary memoranda, JCIDS documents, and CBAs.
• Collect, organize, and archive data supporting programmatic and business initiatives.
