The Knowledge Management Specialist operates the program's centralized knowledge repository and keeps it useful, current, and safe to publish from. ACF requires a centralized capability to disseminate technical assistance resources: curricula, training materials, toolkits, webinars, recorded training, implementation guides, frequently asked questions, promising practices, lessons learned, research translations, and case studies, posted to a central resource system and to internal or external portals as the COR directs. Nothing may be posted until it has passed privacy, accessibility, records, and disclosure review, and nothing posted may identify a participant, a site, or a family. The specialist owns the taxonomy, metadata, content governance, versioning, and records practices behind the repository, captures lessons learned across the program, and prepares the Final Knowledge Repository and the transition assets ACF receives at the end of the contract.
