About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Operations Support Manager to join their team in Research Triangle Park, Raleigh, NC. This role will support a life science corporate client, focusing on facilities administration, project management, event coordination, and reception duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple overlapping projects. This position will oversee event setups and resets, catering deliveries, and escorting as needed, while also supporting client site facilities operations and internal Sodexo clients.

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills, relationship building skills and outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
2-3 years’ successful experience in Facilities Management, including hard and soft services.
Demonstrates strong leadership in client, customer, and community relations.
Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
Critical Thinking Skills and great decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years.
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Maximo and other BAS systems knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports Client Site Facilities Operations management and internal Sodexo clients.
Conducts regular observations and audits of site conditions and appearance, developing and documenting action plans for service improvement.
Liaises with clients on event planning details and creates weekly schedules.
Oversees and manages event setup and breakdown, and provides support for catering delivery setup.
Assists in preparing communications for team, staff, customers, clients, or vendors.
Collects, compiles, manipulates, formats, and interprets data for management.
Processes vendor invoices for payment accurately, maintains excellent records, and compiles relevant reports for management.
