The Operations Support Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team within the Back-Office Operations Support unit. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of operational tasks such as transaction processing, stop payments, bank-by-mail, IOLTA, monitoring, and account maintenances. The Team Lead provides guidance to team members, supports training and development, and acts as a liaison between staff and management to ensure service excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.
