Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in transportation, chemicals, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Candidates with a valid driver's license highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for both the Kansas City and St. Louis markets.
• Assist with daily dispatch operations and load coverage.
• Support driver communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor Hours of Service, ELD compliance, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate accident paperwork and required compliance follow-up.
• Assist with driver onboarding and ongoing training documentation.
• Maintain operational reports and administrative records.
• Provide customer communication and service support as needed.
