The Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to multiple departments within our Plymouth, MA location, including Irrigation, Account Management, and Wholesale Nursery Operations. This role is responsible for assisting with scheduling, customer communication, purchase receipt entry, invoicing support, recordkeeping, and general operational coordination. This is a full-time seasonal position designed to support peak operational periods, with opportunities for continued employment or advancement based on performance and business needs. This position serves as a key support resource for field and production teams, helping ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong communication between operations and the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills are essential. This position reports to the Office Manager and works closely with the Irrigation Manager, Account Managers, Nursery Team, and Administrative Team to support daily operations.
