About The Position

Hermes Worldwide is seeking a high-energy Operations Support Coordinator to join their command center. This role involves active oversight and rapid response for real-time systems management, ensuring the fleet operates with 100% precision. The coordinator will manage a dynamic allocation of resources, provide field support and troubleshooting for chauffeurs, and handle multi-channel communication, monitoring live trip progress, and managing data entry simultaneously.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
Previous work in logistics, dispatch, or transportation is a plus, but high-level cognitive ability and multitasking skills are valued above all.

Responsibilities

Manage a massive, moving puzzle—balancing vehicle locations, driver availability, and strict regulatory requirements to create the most efficient schedule possible.
Act as the primary point of contact for chauffeurs, assisting with pre-trip vehicle inspections, managing equipment logistics, and providing rapid-response solutions for schedule and equipment interruptions.
Monitor live trip progress, handle incoming high-priority calls, and manage data entry simultaneously.
