As an Operations Support Analyst II, you will be responsible for the following: Providing technical expertise enabling the successful daily operation of TFCU’s core system operations and support of end-users.

Requirements

Ability to use basic manual tools for servicing personal computer equipment.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Workstations, Microsoft Office, and other software packages to diagnose equipment, software or operational problems.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and ability to travel to various locations.
Working knowledge of using, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer and networking equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in order to work multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical staff and other senior management/credit union staff as appropriate.
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
