As an Operations Support Analyst II, you will be responsible for the following: Providing technical expertise enabling the successful daily operation of TFCU’s core system operations and support of end-users.

Requirements

  • Ability to use basic manual tools for servicing personal computer equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Workstations, Microsoft Office, and other software packages to diagnose equipment, software or operational problems.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and ability to travel to various locations.
  • Working knowledge of using, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer and networking equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in order to work multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical staff and other senior management/credit union staff as appropriate.
  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
  • Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial institutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications preferred but not required.
