About The Position

Under general direction, the Operations Support 1 performs varied duties focused primarily on warehouse inventory, product loading, and recordkeeping. The role may also involve operating a forklift, tending to equipment and performing maintenance work, and operating fertilizer blending systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Load products for delivery to customers.
• Operate equipment to blend fertilizer.
• Load and unload products.
• Perform warehouse inventory and storage functions.
• Assist with recordkeeping related to warehouse and inventory responsibilities.
• Assist with special projects, attend training sessions, and provide backup when needed.
• At times, drive a forklift and tend to equipment or maintenance work.
