The E‑Commerce Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operational activities within the e‑commerce fulfillment environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, safety, and service-level adherence. This role oversees order picking, packing, inventory movement, shipping processes, and associate performance to support high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e‑commerce operations.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily e‑commerce fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to associates throughout the shift.
  • Maintain workflow, assign tasks, and adjust labor to meet operational targets and service-level expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, escalate and address issues proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with inventory, transportation, and other departments to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Address performance concerns promptly and professionally, documenting behaviors and providing follow‑up coaching.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to leadership regarding operational performance, challenges, and staffing needs.
  • Generate shift reports, KPI summaries, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure associates follow all safety rules, equipment standards, and facility procedures.
  • Conduct safety observations, participate in incident investigations, and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
