About The Position

CJ Pony Parts is looking for a hands-on, lead-from-the-floor Operations Supervisor to join our Harrisburg warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be actively involved in daily operations-not sitting behind a desk. You'll work side-by-side with your team, solve problems in real time, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly. This is an active, boots-on-the-ground leadership role. You'll spend most of your day on the warehouse floor supporting your team, jumping in where needed, and keeping operations on track.

Requirements

Experience supervising or leading in a warehouse or similar environment
Confidence making decisions independently
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Comfort reading instructions, safety rules, and basic documentation
Basic math skills for quantities and pricing
Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and similar equipment
A steady work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

Responsibilities

Leading warehouse employees through daily tasks and production goals
Training new hires and coaching current team members
Supporting developing leaders by helping them learn, grow, and build strong leadership skills
Communicating expectations and giving real-time feedback
Addressing policy issues when necessary
Reviewing production schedules and planning labor needs
Completing productivity reports
Performing quality checks on outbound orders
Operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
Recommending process improvements
Ensuring equipment is maintained and safe
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Stepping in to help with tasks whenever the team needs support
