About The Position

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor- Day Shift who will report to the Design Delivery Center Leader to contribute towards managing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines. This role involves monitoring departments daily, identifying and reporting on inefficiencies and successes, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards, escalating any potential deviations with appropriate documentation. This role also requires tracking all statement holds, reruns, respools, releases, and any other special instructions to ensure the correct mailing of products associated with the Production Facility. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor will coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ team members.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of production leadership experience, at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail expertise.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly and can manage workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLAs.
Dependable and open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 AM - 6 PM, including some weekends and holidays.
Can use a personal computer and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and can perform basic mathematical calculations.
Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.
Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
Proficient in English in a business environment.

Responsibilities

Coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ team members.
