About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain oversees warehouse operations, implementing processes to optimize efficiency and supporting the overall success of the operation. The role leads frontline associates, promotes a safe and productive work environment, and contributes to DHL Supply Chain’s contract logistics operations. This position is scheduled for third shift, Friday through Sunday. DHL Supply Chain North America operates over 500 facilities, employs more than 50,000 associates, and manages over 150 million square feet of warehouse space. The organization emphasizes teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement in a business-casual environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.
