About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain oversees warehouse operations and helps ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. The role supports process implementation and operational optimization, leads and develops frontline associates, promotes a safe and productive workplace, and contributes to the success of DHL Supply Chain’s contract logistics operations. Requirements

At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Promote compliance with health and safety regulations and strengthen safety awareness throughout the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide management with reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Encourage open communication and collaboration through regular dialogue among leadership and associates, promoting transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
