About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain helps ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses. The role implements processes to optimize warehouse operations and leads frontline associates in a safe, productive, inclusive, and collaborative environment. The supervisor monitors operational performance, supports associate development, and contributes to the success of DHL Supply Chain’s contract logistics operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective-setting, and organizational skills preferred.
