About The Position

The Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. This is a seasonal position. The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires flexible shift availability, up to five days per week. The position requires the ability to lift 70 pounds (32 kilograms).

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
