Operations Supervisor, Night Shift (M1) Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Role Summary Lead night shift distribution operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment while driving team performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Requirements

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
Strong operational knowledge and focus on safety and continuous improvement
Effective leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and drive results

Responsibilities

Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment
Assign daily work, manage schedules, and support employee performance and development
Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment
Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership
Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks, inspections, and incident follow-up
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Oversee replenishment and support controlled substances (narcotics) compliance
Track metrics, approve timecards, and communicate daily shift updates
