Seasonal PT Operations Sup
About The Position
This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; and supports employees’ ongoing development through training, orientation, evaluations, coaching, and development plans. Employees must comply with applicable safety policies and procedures and department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
