About The Position

This seasonal part-time position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds productive working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; facilitates employee training and development; and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The supervisor ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and coaching, and that they comply with applicable safety policies and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves
