About The Position

The Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment; and supports employee growth through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and development plans. The position is seasonal.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
