Seasonal PT Operations Supervisor
About The Position
This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor manages department resources, supports employee training and development, and ensures employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements. The position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires availability for flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and operate in compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
